Halloween!

Halloween was so much fun this year! I actually allowed Parker to eat a few pieces of candy!! And of course, he LOVED it! We had a party at our church and went trunk or treating after. He started to understand the concept of, pick the candy out of the bowl and put it in my pumpkin. He was very excited and would not let go of his pumpkin! He was an asian breakdancer this year! He seriously was so cute:) Sorry these pictures aren't that great. He kept moving every time I took a picture so these are the best...
We have some other good news! Jer has an opportunity to work at a law firm in Decatur, GA. (outside Atlanta) We are very excited!! It is seriously down the road from where I lived and will be nice to be back in that area. It's not 100% yet. Jer is still looking for other opportunities but this is a nice option! Jer has a competition this weekend in Des Moines for school. He won the negotiation team competition at his school and is headed to state. I am very proud of him and he deserves this! He is very good at speaking and persuasion, so this is his niche. A while ago, a few of his classmates said that he would be the one who didn't do well in law school. (behind his back and he heard it) Well, look at him now! I honestly didn't know that guys "gossiped" and at this age??! Really??!! I guess some people never grow up. I bet they're jealous now:) If he does well in Des Moines, he will be heading to Orlando for nationals. How fun would that be?!
